Stock the Store!

Donations are currently being accepted at the Millbrook campus of Crossroads Fellowship (2721 E. Millbrook Rd., Raleigh, N.C. 27604) and can be dropped off in-person Mondays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Tuesdays-Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Upon entering the Millbrook campus from the Millbrook Road entrance, turn right and follow thrift store signs toward the back of the building until you see a large garage roll-up door. Volunteers and thrift store staff are prepared to take your donations and help you unload them out of your vehicle. Donors can ring a bell notifying volunteers you are there.

Items, like toys and clothing, can also be dropped off anytime at our outdoor, after-hour donation boxes located at both the Millbrook and Wake Forest Crossroads Fellowship (13029 Keith Store Rd, Wake Forest, N.C. 27587) campuses.

Donating to The Missions Thrift Store Amid COVID-19

We have more than 10,000 square feet of space available to stock new donations. Hard-surfaced items are typically held for a few days and clothing is held for at least one day after being donated. Our large warehouse along with processing time give donations a better chance to "air out" before they're put on the sales floor.

Prior to COVID-19 concerns, staff and volunteers already cleaned and wiped down many hard-surfaced items, like children's toys. Now all hard-surfaced items are cleaned and wiped down before being made available to shoppers.

Things to keep in mind before putting your item in the donation box
-Please do not leave any donations next to the box.

-If your item(s) do not fit in the donation box, it will need to be donated in-person at the Millbrook campus.

-Glass or breakable items should only be donated in-person and not put into donation boxes.

-If you are unsure if the item you are donating will be accepted by The Missions Thrift Store, please first refer to the list of accepted (and not accepted) items on this page or bring the item(s) to the Millbrook campus to be considered for drop off in-person.

Our new store opened January 18, 2020 and includes a special area called Boutique & Unique. This section includes brand name items, rare finds and unique treasures. In addition to general donations, we encourage you to donate items for this new boutique area within the store.

Donation Receipts

If you forget to ask for a receipt when dropping off your donated items, or you leave items at one of our donation boxes and would like a receipt, you can send us an email. Please put "Receipt Request" as the email's subject line.
